Dear Garlic Lovers,

I am pleased to introduce you to Gotta’ Love Garlic! a ready-to-use garlic butter. I originally created Gotta’ Love Garlic!  for escargot bourginon, scampi, and sautéed mushrooms in my family’s restaurant. With a bit of imagination and creativity, I discovered how truly versatile this product is. Our garlic butter became an essential ingredient in many of our dishes, and our restaurant became known for it.

After the restaurant was sold in 2000, customers and friends missed our garlic butter and asked us to package it for their personal use. As we have continued to produce it all these years for family and friends, my husband Jerry and I decided this product was worth marketing to the public and have created our own business, Gotta’ Love It! Inc.

Gotta’ Love Garlic! is a complete, ready-to-use product, appealing to the needs of today’s busy lifestyle. It is delicious, easy to handle and quick to prepare, giving gourmet results effortlessly. 

Gotta’ Love Garlic! adds flavor to all styles of cooking when used as a sauté, pasta sauce, meat rub, or seafood condiment… or as a spread on french bread, bagels, and rolls. One customer even uses it for grilled cheese sandwiches. From the simplest use to the finest gourmet dishes, I know from experience that you'll find uses for Gotta’ Love Garlic! I have never considered.
